Paper Pawnee

I am creating a city scene of the Pawnee in a paper-art style. The shadow will be created in AE, all assets will be created in Illustrator with paper texture. The scene will feature Rent-A-Swag, JJ's Diner, The Bulge Bar, Sweetums Corp., Paunch Burger, and end with City Hall and the characters appearing together like paper dolls.
